Deliverables
- Develop and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing plans to acquire
leads in line with business objectives
- Create campaigns on social media, Google, LinkedIn
- Analyse lead conversions, conduct profitability analysis and find ways to
improve efficiency of lead conversion
- List/data sourcing, cleaning, evaluation and usage
- Content marketing to generate continuous engagement and education about
solutions
- Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer. Will be responsible for developing own
team after successfully fulfilling role independently
Experience and requirement:
- 5+ years of experience doing digital marketing and driving lead generation /
customer acquisition for a SaaS or software company
- Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently
- Should be able to independently implement each of the following without
outsourcing/external vendors. Need not be an expert in every task, but should be
able to implement all of the following to some level.
- SEO, SEM, PPC, Retargeting
- Set up and manage HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Sales/Marketing
- Run multi-level email campaigns with automatic response management
- Content creation for social media posts and blogs
- Extract maximum ROI from social media micro-budgets through continuous
testing and measurement
- Basic image editing and designing (for social media posting)
- Strong analytical ability including own and competitor website traffic
analysis, keyword analysis, A/B testing, campaign ROI, social media audit
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth,
entrepreneurial environment
